We reserve the right to substitute product in any of our gift baskets. Items listed and shown are available while supplies last. Color and shape of baskets may vary, as we are constantly getting in new basket containers. We will contact you via phone or e-mail if we feel it is necessary to inform you of major substitutions. Rest assured you will receive top quality and similar items in the case of a substitution. If absolutely no substitutions are requested, please note your request in the Special Instructions during checkout procedures.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, before use, for any reason, please contact us for approval of your return. If given authorization, the item must be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that we cannot refund the shipping charges to you unless the return is a result of our error. The item(s) to be returned must be unused, be in the same condition as when sent and in the original packaging materials. Returned merchandise must be shipped back to Simply Northwest freight prepaid. No freight-collect returns will be accepted. Sorry, absolutely no returns on food items.
