Substitution Policy
We reserve the right to substitute product in any of our gift baskets. Items listed and shown are available while supplies last. Color and shape of baskets may vary, as we are constantly getting in new basket containers. We will contact you via phone or e-mail if we feel it is necessary to inform you of major substitutions. Rest assured you will receive top quality and similar items in the case of a substitution. If absolutely no substitutions are requested, please note your request in the Special Instructions during checkout procedures.

Privacy Policy
At Simply Northwest we are dedicated to ensuring your privacy. At no time will we ever sell or exchange names, e-mail addresses, or any other information about our on-line customers. We use standard, industry- wide procedures such as encryption and SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to protect your information.

Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase, before use, for any reason, please contact us for approval of your return. If given authorization, the item must be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that we cannot refund the shipping charges to you unless the return is a result of our error. The item(s) to be returned must be unused, be in the same condition as when sent and in the original packaging materials. Returned merchandise must be shipped back to Simply Northwest freight prepaid. No freight-collect returns will be accepted. Sorry, absolutely no returns on food items.

Cancellation Policy
Any item can be cancelled if Simply Northwest is notified, before the order has been shipped, via e-mail: website@simplynorthwest.com, by telephone (800) 214-2686, or by fax (509) 927-6847.

Donation Policy
We have made it our goal to invest our time and resources in meeting the needs of local families and are strong advocates of women and children's organizations. We support The Children's Home Society of Washington, Vanessa Behan Crisis Nursery and the Children's Village in Coeur d' Alene.

Additionally, we donate food items, supplies and toiletries to Anna Ogden Hall, YMCA Pre-School, the Union Gospel Mission, the Valley Food Bank, Domestic Violence Legal Clinic, and various non-profit community organizations. We also sponsor the Women Helping Women Fund and YWCA annual fund raising luncheons, both of whom donate thousands of dollars to local programs.
